Both the spiral agitator and bowl are constructed of stainless steel for heavy-duty durability and corrosion resistance. With the dual-direction mixing technology, speed coordinates with the bowl’s rotation, mixing ingredients downward to keep dough cool and achieve consistent results.
Powerful spiral mixing increases the dough volume and water absorption, creating a consistent texture. Because the mix time is automatically controlled by 30-minute timers, employees can work on other foods while the dough mixes. A safety guard ensures operator safety by preventing ingredients from flying out of the bowl. Mixing is only possible if the safety guard is in place.
